Avangate manages the eStore for various Software and Online Services companies.
Typically, refunds are approved directly by the manufacturer/service provider. Their contact details can be found on the website from which you made the purchase (Support/Contact Us section) or by accessing your Avangate myAccount (the "My Products" section). For some of our Partners, you are even able to request a refund directly from your Avangate myAccount.
We can also assist you with canceling the order. Please write us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your request (be sure to also provide us with a reason for wanting a refund) and we will ask for the order cancellation from the Vendor. Once they approve your claim, Avangate will return the money to you with any hassle.
Note: Because of manufacturing costs, back-up CDs/DVDs are non-refundable.
