Occasionally, when you try to place an order, you will receive an error message informing you that the order was not finalized. There are various reasons why this might occur:
- The card information was entered incorrectly – check the card number, expiration date, and the CVV. If entered correctly and the transaction still fails, please contact the issuing bank at the number on the back of the card.
- Insufficient funds – you have to use a different card, account or method of payment or extend the current credit limit.
- Your card issuer does not authorize eCommerce transactions – please call the phone number on the back of your card and ask them to activate the service.
